The Toddler Program provides care for children 18 months – 3 years of age. A typical morning in the classrooms begins with centers that have been set out by the teacher for them to enjoy when they arrive to the classroom. This may include playing housekeeping, puzzles, cars , or a sensory table. Then the children have a morning snack before they begin their circle activities. During circle time children welcome each other to school with a special song, have a story read to them, enjoy finger plays as well as talk about the weather and their daily plans. Next children are invited to table top centers; and during this time children will work on their weekly theme projects. Afterwards the class enjoys gross motor play both indoors and out in the morning as well as in the afternoon. At the conclusion of each day your toddler will have a daily report sent home to recap their day.
